3. Our school is one of the designated cooperative universities of the UTD project. The project was initially jointly launched by UTD and NTU (the best university in Taiwan), and it is now the tenth time. Since last year, the project has been open to our school, Fudan University and Xiamen University. Strict orientation selection procedures ensure that the project finds the best students.
4. The project hired teacher Steven J. Solcher from UTD as the general coordinator to provide students with various assistance in their study and life. Every student can get more attention, and the learning atmosphere of solidarity and mutual assistance can stimulate the potential of every student.
5. The curriculum is scientific and effective, combining theory and practice. There are not only tutoring courses specifically for the CPA exam, but also professional courses to cultivate students’ business communication skills and international thinking. There are not only sufficient classroom teaching, but also detailed plans for students in terms of practice, extracurricular practice, employment guidance, and career development.
6. This project is open to all colleges and majors of our school, and there is no requirement for accounting pre-requisites. Accounting-related professional courses that have been taken in the undergraduate stage can apply for exemption after entering the program.
7. After the completion of the two-year Master of Accounting and CPA programs, students can be recommended to the currently popular MS in Business Analytics (MS in Business Analytics) program in North America to achieve a double master’s degree. The Master of Business Analysis program is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) degree program that integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines, and is more helpful for students to apply for employment opportunities in the United States.
